Policy and Warranty
RWC, Spyn and Mille Miglia Wheels have one year manufacturers’ warranty coverage against defects in material and workmanship under normal and intended use. The warranty is not transferable to third parties and the original proof of purchase is a must.
Any warranty claims will be approved at the manufactures’ sole discretion.
The warranty shall not include removal and/or installation. RWC, Spyn and Mille Miglia wheels are not subject to warranty in the following cases:

any defects, malfunction or failure as a result of damage(s) to wheels in transit, off-highway use or by abuse, misuse, accident (including car accidents), negligence or acts of God;
-
wheels were subject to alteration, repair, modification, or use of unauthorized by the manufacturers adapters, spacers etc.;
-
wheels were not installed by a certified mechanic in accordance with manufacturers’ instructions and vehicle user manuals;
-
improper and/or wrongful installation any kind (for example: wrong bolts/nuts torque, wrong hardware, etc.) of the wheels on the vehicle;
-
improper and/or incorrect tire sizes were mounted on the wheels (the tire sizes out of 3% of the overall diameter compared to the OE vehicle tire size; tires of incorrect diameter, etc.);
-
installation of run flat tires on non-run flat wheels;
-
damages of any kind during the tire installation or during the installation of the wheels on the vehicle;
-
wheels used with excessive vehicle loads exceeding the aforesaid manufactures’ technical specifications;
-
wheel galvanic corrosion or cosmetic flaws occurring within the warranty period due to Chemicals, ustic agents, abrasive Materials of any kind, Wheel and Tire Cleaners, Climate conditions, or neglect;
-
appearance defects (damages) in(on) wheels that have been mounted after purchase;
This limited warranty is the sole definite warranty provided by the manufacturers and is in lieu of all other express warranties oral or written. All implied warranties without limitation, warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, shall be limited in duration to the duration of this warranty.
This warranty expires upon transfer of title to the third party. The warranty is not provided by anyone other than the aforesaid manufacturers. It’s understood that German Car Tire is an official distributor of the product only and do not assume responsibility to honour the warranty that only the manufactures can offer and provide.
RWC, Spyn and/or Mille Miglia are not designed to be mounted with any accessories or adapters, etc., other than those supplied by aforesaid companies respectively, should such accessories, adaptors, etc. be required, and damages caused by any other than authorized accessories or adapters, etc. are not covered by present warranty.
RETURN POLICY:
All sales are final.
The product is not subject to return for any reason but the wrong fitment of the wheels. The Customer is fully responsible for providing the accurate information regarding the car brand, exact year of production (including “half-year” should that apply) and the exact model of the vehicle (for example: 2014 Audi A4 2.0T FWD Premium Plus)
The tire size is allowed to be within 3% (of the overall diameter of the OE vehicle tire size).
Should the customer make a mistake regarding the year and the precise model of the vehicle causing wrong fitment it is at the GCT discretion to allow the product return.
The product must be returned in its original state with no signs of being driven on, without any damages whatsoever. The Customer is fully responsible for the packaging, shipping charges and product insurance for the safe arrival to GCT.
Restocking fee:
Should approved by GCT return take place 25% restocking fee applies. No exceptions.
Wheel and Tire Package Warranty
Wheel and Tire packages are subject to the manufacturers’ warranty on wheels and tires respectively and such warranties are the integral part of the finished product. Please refer to our warranty information.
GTC will make sure that the product arrives to the customer well-packaged and in original condition ready for the installation on the vehicle. The customer is encouraged to take a close inspection of the product prior to signing for it (whether it’s a pick-up by the customer or delivery by a shipping company).
In case of the delivery by a shipping company, it’s imperative for the customer to indicate in writing on both copies of the bill of lading (one of the consignee and one of the shipping company) all the damages that occur and found upon inspection of the product.
The customer must communicate any such damages to GTC within 3 business days of the receipt of the product. GTC will make the best effort to replace the damaged product as quickly as possible with no extra costs to the customer. The damaged product must be returned to GTC in exact same state it was received in its original packaging. The damaged product cannot be used even if temporarily.
Should any vibration in the steering occur on a test-drive (freeway test-drive is highly recommended) right after the installation due to a mistake in wheel-and-tire balancing, GTC will cover the re-balancing of the wheel(s) up to 12$ (plus applicable taxes) per unit (wheel and tire) that requires re-balancing but no more than 45$ (plus applicable taxes) for the entire set.
The customer must notify GTC of such reimbursement within 3 business days of the installation by submitting written proof of wheel(s) re-balancing performed by a certified shop. GTC reserve to themselves a right to verify the authenticity of such proof.
GTS is not responsible for any other fees, operations, manipulations or installations that take place after delivery.
